Location: Boston preferred (Remote – North America OK)

Team: Serial Entrepreneurial Founders (Team of 3)

🧩 The Role
We're looking for an AI GTM Engineer to build and stand up our first agentic go-to-market (GTM) function.
This isn’t a traditional sales or revops role — it's a hybrid of engineering, AI, GTM, and automation. You'll help us invent a lean, modular, AI-native GTM stack from scratch.
🛠 What You’ll Do
Architect and build a modern AI-native GTM stack
Design and deploy LLM-powered agents across outreach, onboarding, lifecycle and more
Integrate tools like Gumloop, Telescope, Clay, Whaly, or build custom tools where needed
Create lightweight, scalable systems that connect into CRM-like platforms
Work closely with founders to run product-market fit loops and improve activation
Drive fast, iterative experimentation across GTM workflows
✅ You Might Be a Fit If You...
Have hands-on experience with AI agents, LLM frameworks, and/or agent orchestration
Are excited about rethinking GTM through the lens of systems and automation
Have worked with or built modern GTM/data tools
Have startup experience or thrive in early-stage, high-ownership environments
Are comfortable standing up tooling, iterating quickly, and scrapping what doesn’t work
Are based in Boston (preferred) or anywhere in North America
🌱 Bonus Points
Experience with LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks
Background in vertical SaaS, marketplaces, or collectibles
Passion for niche verticals, under-explored categories, or building in overlooked spaces
