We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly-motivated Associate Product Manager focused on Integrations to join our growing team. As an Associate Product Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the development and success of our integrations and partnerships across various platforms and services. This position is based in our headquarters in Los Angeles, CA and you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver innovative solutions that create seamless user experiences and drive growth.

Responsibilities:

• Execute against out integrations roadmap by collaborating with stakeholders in product and engineering.
• Identify, analyze, and deploy integrations to our customers by developing low code integration flows using an iPaaS platform.
• Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business goals
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment on integration initiatives
• Continuously evaluate the performance of existing integrations, gather feedback, and iterate to optimize user experience and value
• Stay current with industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices to inform product strategy and development

Skills you will develop:

• Strong understanding of API development, integration patterns, and best practices
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management tools
• Data-driven decision-making and ability to analyze product metrics to inform product strategy

Helpful skills / background:

• Prior experience in a product management role, preferably focused on integrations or partnerships
• Knowledge of or experience with common integration platforms and services, such as Zapier, MuleSoft, or Tray.io
• Familiarity with programming languages and frameworks, such as Python, JavaScript, or Node.js

Qualifications:

• Must be enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in an engineering, science, or math discipline by the start of employment
• Able to work full time, onsite for a minimum of 12 consecutive weeks beginning mid June 2023
• Able to work onsite at Downtown LA HQ for a minimum of 2-3 days per week
• Must be a U.S. citizen
