About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Growth-Focused Product Engineer to join our team. As our first dedicated engineer in this space, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering innovative growth and activation experiences. You’ll lead experiments, analyze product data, and deploy features that drive user engagement and retention—think intent-based onboarding and seamless sharing of presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Feature Delivery: Own the delivery of features from concept to deployment, ensuring exceptional quality, performance, and user experience.
• Collaborative Development: Work closely with product, growth, and engineering teams to align on requirements, design direction, and project scope.
• User Insights & Activation: Dive into user behavior data to identify pain points and opportunities for improving activation and retention.
• Build robust growth infrastructure for experiments, user behavior tracking, and engagement.
• Implement data-driven changes based on customer insights and feedback.
• Growth Exploration: Experiment with new channels and strategies for user acquisition, retention, and reactivation.

Must Have

• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on engineering experience in startups/scaleups, shipping features or products.
• Technical Skills:
• Expertise in web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern UI frameworks like React.
• Strong collaboration skills, working closely with product and design to create engaging user experiences.
• Problem-Solving: A holistic approach to problem-solving, understanding user needs, and building impactful solutions.
• Communication: Ability to present ideas and insights effectively to stakeholders, fostering alignment and decision-making.

Great to Have

• Industry Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a renowned software company, especially early in your career.
• Specialized Skills:
• Experience building creation tools or working on growth-focused initiatives (e.g., running experiments, developing 0-to-1 products).
• Comfort navigating ambiguous problems through prototyping and iteration.
• AI Enthusiasm: Interest in leveraging AI and LLMs to explore creative solutions and enhance workflows.
