Position: Salesforce Developer
Experience: 3+ Years

Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, with expertise in coding on Apex, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). The candidate should possess hands-on experience in Salesforce customization, configuration, and integration to support business requirements. While not mandatory, possession of the PD1 Certification is considered a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to meet business needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement Salesforce enhancements and features.
- Customize and configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, process builder, validation rules, and security settings.
- Design and implement complex Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Apex REST, and Platform Events.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions, ensuring code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolution for Salesforce-related problems.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, technologies, and best practices, and recommend improvements to enhance Salesforce applications.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with proficiency in Apex, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and security concepts.
- Experience with Salesforce integration techniques, including REST/SOAP APIs, Apex REST, and Platform Events.
- Knowledge of Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and version control tools.
- PD1 Certification (optional but desirable).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing requirements in a fast-paced environment.
