Admissions Specialist - Veterans

★ About the Role:

The Admissions Officer is responsible for increasing revenue by enrolling veteran students into our flagship IT career training program through our University partnership admissions process.

This will be done through 2 primary methods: outbound setting and inbound calls.

NOTE: This position is full-time and virtual, meaning you can work from just about anywhere. The team here at NGT Academy is located throughout the United States, Canada, and Europe.

NOTE 2: This role primarily serves US Military Veterans so we prefer a US based Veteran candidate.

★ Responsibilities

You will be responsible for prospecting, enrolling, and nurturing new students into the training program. As well as assisting with any withdrawal requests and assisting the Student Success team as needed.

  • Enrolling: Calls will be conducted via Zoom & phone, and it is your responsibility to enroll students into the program within KPI.
  • Consultative Selling: Address common questions, objections and emphasize significant ROI for our students, ensuring high conversion rates.
  • Nurturing: You must track your pipeline of people who did not enroll on the first call, ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement.
  • Student support: assist students and internal NGT Academy teams as needed.
