ConductorOne is looking for a Solutions Engineer to help drive customer adoption and success by delivering technical expertise, guiding customers through evaluations, and architecting secure, scalable identity and access management solutions.
We are seeking people who enjoy solving complex technical challenges, working directly with customers to understand their needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our platform. What you’ll do:
Drive Technical Pre-Sales Efforts: Deliver customized, use case-driven demonstrations and presentations showcasing ConductorOne’s value proposition.
Manage Proof of Values: Guide prospects through technical evaluations, including hands-on support with connectors and integrations.
Act as a Trusted Advisor: Provide customers and partners with best-practice consultation on identity security and access governance.
Cross-Function Engagement: Relay market insights, customer feedback, and feature requests to help shape ConductorOne’s roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
Contribute to Industry Presence: Represent ConductorOne at trade shows, industry events, and partner engagements.
Support RFx & Proposal Efforts: Assist in technical content creation for proposals, ensuring alignment with customer needs.

You would be an excellent candidate if….
5+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales, solution engineering, or related role, OR equivalent hands-on experience in identity security, IAM, IGA, CIEM, or PAM.
Experience in the IGA domain with a strong understanding of its concepts such as Identity Life Cycle Management, Entitlements Management, Access Request, Workflow, Policy and Role Management, Access Certification, Audit, and Reporting/Analytics.
Strong understanding of identity security concepts, including access governance, provisioning, least privilege, and zero trust architectures.
Hands-on experience with identity protocols (SAML, OAuth, SCIM), and directory services (Okta, Azure AD, LDAP, etc.).
Experience in the IGA domain with a strong understanding of its concepts such as Identity Life Cycle Management, Entitlements Management, Access Request, Workflow, Policy and Role Management, Access Certification, Audit, and Reporting/Analytics.
Ability to deliver technical demonstrations and customer workshops effectively, translating complex security topics into clear business value.
Experience working with APIs, SDKs, and integrations, particularly in automating identity workflows or developing connectors.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
