ConductorOne is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a cross-functional team of engineers as they build, launch and maintain new products and features. The ideal candidate is an experienced manager with strong technical instincts, and who enjoys building fast-moving teams and solving a new problem every day.
What you’ll do:
• Lead and manage a team of engineers responsible for building, shipping and maintaining new product features
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the ConductorOne user experience and make ConductorOne a joy to use.
• Drive team performance, mentoring engineers, and ensuring that the right processes are in place to foster high productivity and innovation.
• Own hiring and team-building efforts to ensure the organization grows with top talent.
• Think like an engineer to monitor and optimize internal workflows and processes for maximum productivity and throughput.

• You have proven management experience in scaling engineering teams and optimizing processes.
• You have a track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects and integrations.
• You have strong technical instincts and are able to make informed decisions without getting hands-on in the code.
• You’re passionate about building high-performance teams and developing talent.
• You have experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and can thrive under pressure.
• You have a deep understanding of engineering workflows and know when to introduce automation to improve efficiency.

• You’ve led teams in a SaaS company or similar high-tech environment.
• You have experience optimizing or improving developer experience through tooling, processes, or platform improvements.
• You have a track record of optimizing organizational structures to enhance team performance and efficiency.
