We’re looking for a motivated SDR Manager. If you love prospecting, discovering new ways to gain efficiency and performance using technology and data, and coaching a smart, highly driven team, you’ll be a great fit!
What you’ll do:
Manage our SDR Team and foster a collaborative, engaging, and high-performance culture. Provide guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the team’s success.
Establish, implement, and optimize outbound playbooks and campaigns to achieve new business targets and align with broader company initiatives.
Use data and insights to discover actionable segments, optimize conversion rates, and provide support to the SDRs where needed.
Own utilization of our sales development tech stack to drive efficiency. Stay up to date with emerging technologies to drive innovation

Manage quota on a monthly and quarterly basis and coach the team to improve their research, outbound, and qualification skills.
You would be an excellent candidate if….
Proven track record of driving results and generating pipeline
Previous experience recruiting, training, and managing a team
Expert knowledge with Outreach and other prospecting tools
Strong business and tech acumen
Team player with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
Able to work cross-functionally with a strategic mindset and a Get Stuff Done mentality
