Ownership
You’ll own the role of a product expert, and you will drive cross-functional collaboration in an effort to enable our customers as their technical advisor. You will partner with the Account Executives to execute proof of values tailored to our customers specific business objectives, as well as provide guidance and support on pre-sales onboarding calls and sales transition to Customer Success.
You’ll improve our product strategy and process with your insights from our customers’ experience, our time to value ratio through clean execution, and customer satisfaction by genuinely investing in the success of our customers.
You’ll learn the ins and outs of the identity security landscape, an industry that is still in the early days of its growth.
You’ll teach internal teams and other customers on best business practices to implement identity security solutions from your experience in the field.
An ideal team member in this role would:
Successfully onboard mid to large sized customers with a technical product, ideally involving many system integrations. This will also require program management expertise to ensure repeatable success across multiple simultaneous onboardings.
Be excited to own the full customer lifecycle, proactively identify potential risks/red flags, and coordinate cross functionally to deliver on customer needs.
Understand the SaaS industry expectations in deploying new software.

Have past experience with the following:
SaaS solutions: Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft, SAP, Pegasystems, etc.
Container/Orchestration technology: Docker, k8s, RedHat OpenShift, etc.
API + RPA products: AWS API Management, Azure API Management Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath, etc.
Value strong communication, presentation and leadership skills.
