What we do
At Arena Physica, we're building electromagnetic superintelligence. Our AI platform Atlas operationalizes physics-grounded intelligence to verify, debug, and optimize hardware across its lifecycle. Atlas is already trusted globally by the world's most advanced hardware companies, including AMD, Anduril, and Bausch & Lomb, for applications across R&D, integration testing, production assembly, and field repair.
About the role
As a Technical Recruiter, you will scale the team building electromagnetic superintelligence, working directly with the leadership team to identify, engage, and hire exceptional talent across functions.
Working on fast timelines, your responsibilities will span a wide aperture—from sourcing specialized hardware engineers to closing research scientists to kicking off our early careers program.
You'll help define how we hire, raise the bar on what great looks like, and own the candidate experience end-to-end. This is a unique opportunity to re-write the playbook and own critical outcomes for the team.
How you will contribute
- Drive full-cycle recruiting - own the end-to-end recruiting process from sourcing to closing across all open roles and functions.
- Build the sourcing engine - develop talent maps, creative outbound motions, and pipelines that reach best-in-class engineers, scientists, and operators.
- Represent Arena Physica - Be the first point of contact for the people we most want to hire, and help them understand the mission, the team, and the opportunity.
- Travel domestically and internationally (up to 25% of your time)
- Work in person at Arena Physica's office when not traveling
You have
- 3+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience at a top startup, early-stage tech company, or top agency
- Creativity and resourcefulness - you do what it takes to land the hire whether it's hosting a dinner, showing up at a conference, or finding a connection three networks deep
- High operational horsepower - you move fast, manage many threads without dropping them, and instinctively build scalability the second time you do something
- Sharp written and verbal communication - you can craft compelling narratives that make candidates want to learn more, and tailor the pitch to a research scientist, a principal engineer, or a GTM leader
- A strong sense of ownership over outcomes, pipeline, and candidate experience

The base salary range for this position is $115,000 - $135,000 yr. However, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base salary, we also offer competitive equity and benefits packages.
